Specifications include, but are not limited to: purchase of a fully assembled Trailer Mounted Impact Attenuator with Arrow Board – New and or Current Model -- equipped as advertised by Manufacturer, to meet or exceed following minimum specifications. The specifications that follow are for the Trinity Highway Products Vorteq TMA with 15-light arrowboard.; Attenuator: A trailer type mounted attenuator unit to be open frame design and constructed of inwardly curling frame rails. Unit supplied shall be complete with all hardware necessary for attaching to a standard single axle dump truck or flatbed truck.; Minimum 23 ft. Long; Minimum 92 in. Wide; Arrow Board: The wireless solar powered board shall contain fifteen (15) Par 46, 12- volt, amber, low amp draw, sealed L.E.D. lamps. All the lamps on this panel shall have 360-degree hoods. If the hoods are used to hold the lamps in place, they shall be made for easy removal of the lamps.; A control unit shall be provided with the necessary cable to operate the board from the cab of the vehicle.; The arrow board shall be raised for operation and folded down for transport hydraulically.
