Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide evaluation services of the School Based Mental Health Project. The Director of the Institute for Education in Healthcare at the Rhode Island College (RIC), is seeking services from The Evaluator to conduct an evaluation of the School Based Mental Health Project (hereafter “the Project”). The proposed PROJECT evaluation will consist of three components: Collaborative Pre-Planning, Implementation Evaluation, and Outcomes Evaluation. The evaluation plan incorporates multiple data collection methods to assess program design, program implementation, and the achievement of PROJECT outcomes. These methods will include interviews and focus groups, observations, surveys, and document review. The use of such multiple methods allows for corroboration of data across participants and time, substantially maximizing the explanatory potential of the evaluation. In addition, data gathered through the evaluation will be aggregated and summarized to document project implementation, meet evaluation and accountability requirements, and offer guidance to other entities that are interested in implementing a comparable project in order to meet similar needs.
