PROVIDE TEMPORARY JERSEY BARRIER AS DELINEATION BETWEEN TWO LANES (RI STD. 40.5.0). PROVIDE PVC PIPE BARRIERS TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO WORK AREA (RI STD. 26.3.0).; 2. DESIGNATE EXISTING OUTBOUND LANE AS TEMPORARY INBOUND LANE; PROVIDE TEMPORARY ENTRANCE SIGN WITH POST (RI STD. 24.3.0). DESIGNATE NEW, TEMPORARY LANE AS OUTBOUND LANE VIA NEW WATERBORNE PAVEMENT ARROW MARKINGS (RI STD. 20.1.0); PROVIDE TEMPORARY EXIT SIGN WITH POST (RI STD. 24.3.0).; 3. PERFORM ALL WORK AS REQUIRED FOR NEW CONDUIT TRENCHING AND INSTALLATION, NEW HANDHOLE EXCAVATION AND INSATLLATION, NEW CONCRETE ISLAND AND ASSOCIATED GATE APPURTENANCES, AND CURBING REPLACEMENT, AS SHOWN WITHIN THE PHASE I WORK AREA.; PHASE II: 1. OPEN NEW INBOUND LANE TO PARKING LOT TRAFFIC. MAINTAIN TEMPORARY ASPHALT DRIVE AISLE FOR OUTBOUND PARKING LOT TRAFFIC.; 2. PERFORM ALL WORK AS REQUIRED FOR NEW PAVEMENT AND CURBING REPLACEMENT, AS SHOWN WITHIN THE PHASE II WORK AREA.
