Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified vendors to coordinate logistics, activities, and the delivery of 3 Regional Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plans. The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs, Disaster and Emergency Services (MT DES) is requesting written proposals from qualified vendors to coordinate logistics, activities, and the delivery of three (3), Regional Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plans which includes a total of fifty-six (56) counties and seven (7) tribes across the State. The vendor will work with MTDES, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) staff to align, integrate, and complete activities from the Regional Resilience Toolkit.
