Specifications include, but are not limited to: Be available to the Department during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., local time excluding State holidays and administrative closings. Meet with the Department, as mutually agreed upon, to discuss: Contract management; Administration; and Specific Evaluation deliverables. Provide data analysis, information extraction, or information Findings upon Department request. Evaluation Plan of the Maine Early Childhood Consultation Partnership® (ECCP®) Pilot Provide an Evaluation plan within sixty (60) calendar days of the contract start date which includes, but is not limited to: Review of ECCP® documentation provided by the Department, which includes ECCP® goals, objectives, activities, and pilot site data. Meet all six (6) Evaluation goals, specifically: Assessment of how well Maine implemented ECCP® with fidelity to the ECCP® Model; Assessment of the degree to which ECCP® was delivered to the intended population(s) in the pilot sites; Assessment of the effectiveness of the training and supervision in enabling the Maine ECCP® Consultants to deliver the ECCP® Model with fidelity; Recommendations regarding the staffing levels, administrative support, and ongoing training/technical assistance needed to successfully establish and sustain ECCP® Statewide, beyond the initial pilot; Assessment of the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the implementation of ECCP® in Maine, including any adaptations to service delivery; and Assessment of the cost of services.
