Specifications include, but are not limited to: The modular buildings are offered for sale as-is. All costs associated with the removal of the modular, skirting, preparation for transport, permits, loading and subsequent transport of the buildings is the responsibility of the successful bidder. CSN will not assist in the removal of the building. The successful bidder shall be required to acknowledge and agree that they are accepting the modulars from CSN in as-is condition at the time and place of sale and that CSN is providing the modulars with no express or implied warranties, or any warranty as to conditions, usability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All responsibility of CSN for any property purchased ceases with its release to the successful bidder. All sales are final, no refund or adjustments will be made.
