Specifications include, but are not limited to: A contract for Business and Facilities Services. Part (A) The contracted services to be considered in this solicitation may consist of, but not limited to, accounting services and supervision of staff including: • Bank Reconciliations • Investment Reconciliations • Accounts Payable Processing • Payroll Processing • Purchasing Processing • Development of RFPs as necessary • Coordinate with bank on signatures, transfers and other ISD requirements • Coordinate monthly updates to the ISD Supt. or CFO. • Grant accounting • Financial reporting • IRS reporting • TRS reporting • Other services as necessary to provide services to client school Districts Part (B) The contracted services to be considered in this solicitation may consist of, but not limited to, consulting services associated with conducting analysis, reports, presentation and speaker services and supervision of staff including: • Statistical Analysis and/or Consulting • Financial Analysis and/or Consulting • Benchmarking Analysis and/or Consulting • Presentations and/or Programs (e.g. authors) • Process Improvement Analysis and/or Consulting
