Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Amarillo, Texas, is in the process of conducting an assessment of its current enterprise software environment, including legacy systems and supporting third-party tools. As part of this assessment, the City will be considering the replacement of certain software products through a future, formal, request for proposal process. The City’s current system has been in place for several years and many users have limited experience with more modern software offerings. There is a need to inform these users of current marketplace offerings as planning for the future state continues. The City is inviting vendors of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to perform a high-level, yet meaningful and beneficial, demonstration of their products in order to educate staff on the capabilities of modern commercial solutions.
