Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide speakers and presenters for the following: 1.a Optimizing Outcomes – Optimizing Outcomes is a 3 day conference designed for district staff. The conference offers various strands of professional development opportunities designed to help personalize each staff member’s learning experience. The strands focus around “The Five That Drive,” (see attachment) the major levers that focus the work in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District. Audience: up to 2000 participants Days: August 1-3, 2022 Time: Individual sessions are 90 minutes in length, but multiple sessions can be combined as needed Presentations: Two 90-minute sessions are preferable. 1.b Convocation – Convocation is a time for the entire district to come together for an assembly celebrating the start of a new school year. We are requesting presenters who have a positive, uplifting message regarding education and the power of people working collectively reply to this request. Audience: up to 3500 participants Days: August 4, 2022 in the afternoon OR August 5, 2022 in the morning. Time: 1 hour Presentation: 1
