Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prepare contractor-installed mechanical system components for observation of operational and functional performance testing for compliance with design criteria, submittal data, etc. 2. Document HVAC tests inspections. 3. Prepare for presentation to Owner: operation and maintenance manuals, as-built (record) documents, spare parts listing, special tools listing, and other items as may be specified throughout Division 23 specifications for support of HVAC systems and equipment. 4. Coordinate and direct training of SAISD personnel for operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment and systems. B. General (Contractor): Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to assist in the complete HVAC pre-commissioning process. Contractor shall insure all HVAC system components are installed and operating per contract documents and manufacturer’s recommendations. Pre-commissioning checks shall be performed for the items indicated on the checklists in Appendix A of this Section. Deficiencies discovered during these checks shall be corrected and retested in accordance with the applicable contract requirements.
