Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Install bark in areas designated in walkthrough.; B. Trim five (5) trees; C. Remove ivy off of the walls.; D. Install (3) 5 gallon Nandina plants.; E. Clean up Hypericum in N/E corner of back lot.; 1. The lawn shall be neatly edged along all borders and sidewalks at each visit.; 2. Ground covers will be edged, mowed and or thinned, kept weed free and trimmed as necessary.; 3. Sidewalks will be swept free of dust and debris; 4. Pavement weeds lanes are to be extracted manually or with chemical weed control.; 1. Contractor shall notify the On-site Contact person if replacement of ground cover to prevent erosion, additional grass planting or the replacement of dead trees or shrubs is needed.; 2. Sprinkler heads shall be adjusted, cleaned, maintained, and repaired at a proper height continuously. Broken or missing heads and risers will be replaced with the same manufacturer type or an approved equal.
