Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sagamore Avenue Sewer Extension Project includes the installation of approximately 8,500 linear feet of sewer system within City Owned rights of way on Sagamore Avenue, Wentworth House Road, Shaw Road, Cliff Road, and Walker Bungalow. Approximately 8,000 linear feet of the proposed 2‐inch and 3‐inch sewer system is low pressure, approximately 500 feet of 8‐inch traditional gravity sewer, and approximately 600 linear feet of 8‐inch water main. The project includes five bid alternates that, if awarded, includes construction of private property low pressure sewer systems including the installation of grinder pump stations, electrical improvements, and site restoration along with sidewalk improvements along Sagamore Avenue.
