Specifications include, but are not limited to: replacement of existing water lines with 10 1.f. of 4-in. 150 l.f. of 6-in., and 2,440 l.f. of 8- in. dia. PVC DR-14 Class 200 water main pipe and appurtenances including 6 fire hydrants and residential water services with meter boxes all along Dempster Avenue, from Burns Avenue to McLean Avenue, and then to Gibsondell Avenue, and along Ogden Avenue, from W. Clarendon Drive to W. Jefferson Boulevard, for a total of approximately 53 residents being served in the City of Cockrell Hill, County of Dallas, Texas, and in Distric No. 4. Removal and replacement of the existing paving to construct the water mains- concrete curb and gutter, driveways, aprons and sidewalk, and asphalt including Cement Treated Base material is also required.
