Specifications include, but are not limited to: Public Safety Training and Education Building Renovations to the existing Fire Station No. 4 situated on an existing twelve-acre site currently owned by the City of Pearland located northeast of the intersection of Cullen Blvd. and Freedom Dr. in Pearland, Texas. The City intends to provide major interior renovations to the existing Fire Station. The Public Safety Training and Education Building includes a 40+ person training room, break room area, approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of fitness area to be shared by Police and Fire, cubical office area, and associated restroom/shower facilities. Exterior renovations include roof replacement and ‘red’ brick to be painted to match the Public Safety Building. Project is currently finalizing design documents.
