Specifications include, but are not limited to: Weekly: The entire floor is to be auto-scrubbed with Hillyard Super Shine All and red pads to remove impregnated dirt and floor should be burnished with a high speed 1500 rpm or higher burnisher. 52 applications per year, this step must be applied after 9:00 PM on Wednesdays or Thursdays. 2. Monthly: The entire floor is to receive a deep scrub with a blue scrubbing and Hillyard Assurance Cleaner and 2 new coats of Seal 341 must be applied. 12 applications per year, this step must be applied after 9:00 PM on Wednesdays or Thursdays. 3. Twice [2 times] the entire floor is to be stripped with a black pad using Hillyard Super Strip and then refinished utilizing Hillyard Seal 341 and approved methods. This work should take place after 6:00 PM in August of 2014 and August of 2016.
