Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Indiana Department of Child Services is currently utilizing information obtained for the purposes of locating non-custodial parents, missing parents and relatives for potential placement for a varying group of workers throughout Indiana. These workers could be members of the Child Support Bureau, the Child Welfare Investigator team and potentially local county IV-D prosecutor’s offices. The accuracy of data and timeliness of the information available is a must for this service. All of the information provided must be recent and the date it was provided to the vendor is to be displayed. Searches are generally performed using a Social Security Number and/or name, however searching with an ITIN should be explored. Additionally, the ability to send batch search requests may be requested. Salary/income information cannot be received. DCS will be awarding potentially two contracts, Component 1 and Component 2, for the services requested under this RFP. The following is a list of locate information that is requested: • Current and previous residential addresses – current addresses are most important and the dates the addresses were reported are to be available. • Current and previous employment information – current employment is most important and the dates the employments were reported are to be available. • Social Security Number and/or ITIN including the multiple numbers used • Names with Alias
