Specifications include, but are not limited to: two identical 34’ – 36’ patrol vessels; • Hull: Welded aluminum, shallow draft. In the general design of a mono hull semidisplacement with the ability to operate in seas up to 8ft.; • Length: Required length shall be no less than 34 feet length overall and no greater than 36ft, not including fenders and attachments.; • Beam: minimum of 11’ maximum of 13’; • Freeboard: Vessel minimum freeboard is 30 inches loaded. Freeboard shall be measured from the top of the continuous watertight deck to the water, at the lowest point on the deck edge.; Propulsion: Duel engine Yamaha outboards, 425hp each, capable of 35 knots per hour and a cruising speed of 28 knots per hour.; Vessel Controls: • 2 control stations with electronic controls. One station mounted inside pilot house starboard side, one station mounted on after pilothouse positioned on the starboard side in view over the side at the crab block. With Yamaha Helm Master EX throttle and joy stick.; Fuel systems: • fuel tanks, aluminum, locations to be determined by the manufacturer for suitable stability. Tanks to have sediment/water collection sumps with drains. Minimum 400- gallon capacity total unless proposal adds fuel in specific locations for stability.; • Tanks to be fitted with 2” fills, 1 ½” vent and electric fuel level sender.; • Proper ventilation system to be installed in any void spaces that have fuel present and other machinery to include but not restricted to vent blowers, alarms, indicators and control panels for all systems.; • Racor or equal with primary and secondary filters.
