Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replace existing dry sprinkler system with Nitrogen generator dry system. Existing system to remain active until new system is commissioned and accepted. Remove existing exposed sprinkler pipe, cap abandon and label any pipe left above ceiling.; 2. Replace fire alarm system with fully addressable voice evacuation system.; 3. Renovate existing restroom facilities on ground floor. Add new family room at this level to ensure all facilities are code / ADA compliant. Remove existing ADA restroom from ground floor.; 4. Provide new men / women restroom facility on floor 1 above existing facilities.; 5. Interior plaster walls / ceilings to be repaired, patched and painted.; 6. Upgrade lighting throughout library with LED fixtures / lamps.; 7. Upgrade building primary power infrastructure to support building upgrades.; 8. Work with Library staff to better facilitate work flow and library movement with staff and patrons.; 9. Replace existing boiler with condensing boiler, including pumps and automation controls.; 10. Provide building automation to existing Air Handling Unit.
