Provide materials and labor to install new electrical inside exhibit room per Appendix A1, A2, A3, and A4. Power for new outlets and can be pulled from upstairs furnace room 240Volts A5 or downstairs furnace room 240 Volts A6 6. Provide materials and labor to install owner provided wash sink and faucet for animal room. Water and drain need connected to utilities in the basement. 7. Provide materials and labor to patch drywall walls inside the exhibit room and hallways to smooth surface and prepare for paint 8. Provide materials and labor to install 5/8” X 4’ X 8’ Mold and Moisture Resistant Type X Drywall over inside and outside of framed wall partitions and finish to smooth surface and prepare for paint. 9. Provide materials to remove and dispose of existing track lighting from Nature Center Ceiling. The glob lighting to stay in place follow Appendix A1 for directions. 10. Provide color matched Sherwin-Williams Multi-Purpose Interior / Exterior Later Primer/Sealer or approved equal on exhibit ceiling and walls. 11. Provide materials and labor to paint entire exhibit room ceiling with Sherwin Williams – Satin Finish or approved equal on walls and ceilings. Use Appendix B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, & B8. Finish Materials Schedule and paint layout C1. Display walls in middle of exhibit room on separate contract.
