Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Perform initial assessment or consultations to determine the recommendations and a plan for services. 2. Provide ongoing counseling or group services. 3. Confidentially maintain student records to include initial assessment and consultation, individual counseling, group counseling, diagnosis, psychoeducation, college consultation and collaboration. 4. Preparation of and submission of required documentation. 5. Consultation and collaboration with other providers/services and College staff in program planning, procedures, and maintenance of confidential records, assessments, and progress reports. 6. Coordination and documentation of crisis support and other direct services. 7. Community outreach planning as needed. 8. Staff training.
