Specifications include, but are not limited to: A) The chemicals to be furnished shall meet or exceed the proceeding minimum individual specifications as listed. B) Each bidder shall list typical product analysis data sheet with bid, including but not limited to: 1) Trade name of product 2) Name of source and supplier 3) Chemical composition and percentages 4) Guarantees as to chemical/product content and physical properties. C) Each bidder shall submit Material Safety and Data Sheets with each product bid. D) Return freight on reusable totes or bins must be included in the bid price. E) All chemical shall be FOB to the City of Minot Water Treatment Plant. F) Bidders may bid one, all, or any combination of the following chemicals.
