Generator will serve essential circuits up to 14,000 watts to include lighting, computer and radio equipment, garage door openers, furnace, fire alarm, water heater and well pump and exhaust capture system. Automatic transfer switch is to be located to the left of the main electrical panel. Installation of one Kohler 14RCA, 14kw, 120/240 Volt, Single-Phase, 3600 RPM, Propane Gas Fueled Standby Generator in Sound Attenuated Enclosure or approved equal. One Kohler RXT, 100 Amp, 120/240 Volt, Single-Phase, 16 Circuit Load Center Automatic Transfer Switch in NEMA 3 Enclosure, or approved equal. Factory warranty startup and owner training session. Required permits and inspections by the Town of Swanzey.
