Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIAC is required to submit annual Air Emissions Inventory for Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (RIGL 1-7-6(a)). The inventory will encompass greenhouse gas pollutants, including, but not limited to, carbon dioxide and methane, and an annual inventory of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and carbon monoxide. Air emission sources will include aircraft, auxiliary power units, ground support equipment, stationary sources, fuel facilities, electrical consumption, and motor vehicle traffic at the airport. The inventory will be computed using the most up-to-date versions for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT) and the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA)’s Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator (MOVES) and NONROAD models.
