Specifications include, but are not limited to: - State of Delaware Business License is required. - The Contractor is to provide all student transportation services to Academy of Dover students. This is a K-8 charter school. - The Academy of Dover has the right to determine the number of buses based on enrollment. That change may occur at any time during dates noted on this contract. - In the event of a delay or cancellation, the Contractor and Head of School for the Academy of Dover will exchange dialogue no later than 6:00 a.m. the day of such delay or cancellation. In the event of an early dismissal, the Contractor and Head of School for the Academy of Dover will exchange dialogue no later than one (1) hour before the dismissal.
