Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Dimensions – 8-feet wide by 20 –feet long by 7-feet high (interior dimensions). • Insulated – Polyisocyanurate R6 walls and ceiling. • Walls/ceiling – finish shall be either wood or aluminum. • Heater – minimum 13,000 BTU mounted inside, front of trailer. • Propane bottles – fuel source for heater, 2 bottles, mounted on front of trailer in enclosure on the tongue. • Interior Lighting – LED, minimum of 3 lights, centrally mounted on ceiling. • Windows – NONE • Tie-down system – “E-track” or similar, two full length runs installed on both interior walls and floor, spacing industry standard. • Rear door – ramp with anti-skid material for walking traction. • Side door – standard man door without a window. • Axel – tandem, with braking on both axels, minimum GVWR of 9,990. • Tires – 16-inch “E” rated radials with a matching spare. • Exterior Lighting – DOT approved with reflectors. • Receptacle – 12v, internal to be used for battery charging. • Floor – finish shall be either wood or aluminum and 100% covered with anti-skid material. • Ventilation – 1 roof vent with manual opening. • Work Lights – LED, minimum 4500 lumens, o 2 adjustable, mounted on the rear at the top, o 4 flush mounted, 1 per corner, both sides, o 3 separate circuits, interior switch controlled. o All 3 trailers must be received no later than June 30, 2022.
