Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repower and refit of a 27-foot JBF Skimmer vessel. Its use is mainly in New Hampshire estuarine waters and up to 10 miles offshore and remain berthed in salt water up to 365 days/year. The vessel will be berthed at a facility in the Piscataqua River area. Services shall consist of removal and disposal of the existing engines and associated control equipment, vessel preparation and installation of two new outboard motors and associated control equipment. Vessel is on a trailer that can be delivered to the Vendor’s facility by NHDES personnel. Project completion shall be contingent upon vessel launch and successful sea trial to confirm proper installation and operation of components included in this bid. Engines: (2) 90 Horsepower four-stroke – Long shaft configuration - Yamaha/Honda/Suzuki (2) engine monitors and/or integrated or separate tachometer gauges as available and agreed upon (4) control cables – 15’ to 20’ lengths as necessary and appropriate Dual binnacle control kit with associated trim and switch assembly (2) main wiring harnesses – 16’ to 20’ lengths as necessary and appropriate (2) propellers – size and pitch TBD based on recommendation of installer (2) fuel filter assemblies and associated hose connections
