Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing consulting services to align current plans for the Built Environment and of Land Asset of the new Dallas College with its vision for the furure and to Shepherd Development if the Dallas Education and Innovation Districts and for Mixed Uses of Land Asset Master Plan and Shepherd Development of the Dallas Education and Innovation Districts. Based on previously completed work as it pertains to the educational plan, real property plans, and the new student services model, assist leaders in creating a plan to ensure a consolidated and consistent approach to real property development. Building on existing work for the Education Plan, the vision for One College, the future needs of Dallas County and community integration, and the commitment to consistency across the college campuses, conduct extensive needs analysis and identification of stakeholder expectations through charettes and other processes. The plan deliverables should incorporate other relevant plans, strategies and policies in one memorialized space. Be consistent and collaborate with existing Dallas County regional and local plans for mass transit, green space development and achievement of sustainability goals. Provide high quality resource materials for ongoing evaluation and adaptation of plan developed to accommodate a changing economic and opportunity landscape in Dallas County Provide administration and guidance for the procurement of services for the Downtown Districts and other development plans. As appropriate, schedule follow-up training to address challenges in person or via webinar.
