Specifications include, but are not limited to: All administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: The existing concrete patio flatwork, ramps, landings and handrails must be removed and replaced with new. The sub-grade must be removed and re-compacted and the new concrete slabs sloped for proper drainage. The utilities in the slab must be adjusted for the new slab elevation. Drive aisle on the north side of the cafeteria building. The existing asphalt shall be removed, subgrade will receive high-pressure grout to compact unconsolidated subsurface fill, new rough grading and a new asphalt surface shall be placed. The valley gutter that drains to the north will be removed and replaced at new grades. Classroom stairs nine (9) existing stairways, including handrails, leading to and between the classroom buildings shall be removed and replaced with new. New driveway between the admin building and cafeteria building a new driveway addition includes the relocation of an existing fire hydrant and area light/pole. There shall be selective demolition of an existing retaining wall and parking, sidewalk and curbs, and asphalt at angel peak place. The existing abandoned fuel oil line shall be removed and capped and the residual fuel properly disposed. The area shall be graded and paved. Asphalt repair north of the admin building and west of the cafeteria building. The asphalt north of the admin building shall be removed and replaced and new striping. Asphalt repair east of the cafeteria building. The existing asphalt east of the cafeteria building shall be removed and replaced with new, including new striping. The concrete sidewalks on the south side of the parking lot shall be removed and replaced with new. Barrier wall with micropiles. Remove the existing displaced galvanized barrier and replace with new micro piles with an integral concrete grade beam and concrete k rail. The Contractor shall protect the existing underground electrical conduits in place.
