Connection on Elm Street from the current WOW Trail terminus to Franklin Street, Study Recommendation: Reallocate existing width on the bridge and approaches to include a 10'- wide multiuse path on the south side separated from reduced-width travel lanes by a physical barrier. 2. Connection on Elm Street from Hickory Stick Lane to west side of North Main/Parade Road/NH106 including the addition of a striped crosswalk and push-button actuated pedestrian signals to the existing traffic signal equipment, Study Recommendation: Provide continuous, widened sidewalk along south side of Elm Street (8' min.) and crosswalk across N. Main Street. Special accommodation may be needed at the culvert/stream crossing just east of Leigh Ct
