Specifications include, but are not limited to: 6-Month and 12-Month Maintenance Program 1. Technical Inspection of the Generator 2. Lubricate all parts requiring lubrication 3. Check all instruments for proper operation 4. Check batteries, fluid levels, and voltage. Batteries will be replaced every three years at City’s expense 5. Coolant levels filled; check the quality 6. Check automatic transfer switch for proper operation 7. Run the generator, conduct a load test annually or as specified by the State of NH 8. Advise the owner of the inspection findings with a report; recommend any additional work 9. Inform personnel of any operational issues and upkeep 10. Oil Change 1 x per year, oil checked with oil analysis on the second visit. If a second oil change is required, it will be paid for as a separate cost 11. Air/Fuel/Oil filters replaced (once per year) 12. Tune up engine (once per year) 13. NH Dept. of Public Safety Inspection/Certification for all relevant generators; submit to State on behalf of the City 14. Coolant changed if recommended and authorized by City
