District Consultation Committee -Review existing studies (Envision Madison, 2017 Parks & Trails Study, Previous Feasibility Study) Task 2: Market Analysis -Provide a demographic analysis of the city of Rexburg as well as Madison County Task 3: Rec Center Needs Assessment -Identify current recreation services/providers -Provide an awareness campaign of the Rec Consultation Process Task 4: Develop Multiple Programming/Build Scenarios -Provide core programming analysis -Identify program space requirements Task 5: Capital Costs/Operations Analysis -Estimate capital costs for each build scenario -Project revenue generation, operating expenses for each build scenario Task 6: Community Engagement -Conduct follow-up statistically valid survey with build scenarios/tax impact info included -Identify and interview key stakeholders Task 7: Final Report/Submit Deliverables -Provide results of the consultation with recommendation -Provide a presentation of the findings in a comment/review meeting
