Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lamar University is seeking an HVAC Replacement firm to replace 200 1.5 ton R22 evaporator and condenser units at Campbell Hall with 200 14 SEER, 1.5 ton R410A evaporator and condenser units. Respondent shall: • Remove 200 existing evaporator and condenser units. • Properly dispose of evaporators, condensers and all other debris in Respondent provided roll off / container. • Furnish and install 200 14 SEER, R410A, 1.5 ton condenser units. • Furnish and install 200 ceiling mount evaporator units with electric heat. • Insulate all necessary refrigerant pipe and drain lines. • Repair low voltage wire as needed. • Verify the function of all units by super heat or sub cooling. • Document function results. • Supply function results to Asst. Dir. of Housing Facilities, Dan Foster. • Install all 200 units by August 1, 2022.
