Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bidder shall provide a per-account price that is scalable for multiple separate accounts that are serviced by the UL2050 monitoring company and UL2050 maintenance company. Each proposal must include the per-alarm account price for the following: UL2050 certified alarm monitoring with a UL Listed National Industrial Monitoring Station UL2050 certified alarm maintenance as an Alarm Service Company Hardware costs shall be excluded from this bid; if alarm components fail and must be replaced – MSU will pay the direct cost for each component not covered under warranty; the UL2050 integrator will provide the maintenance to install or remove devices, as required. Annual UL2050 Inspections or other requirements to maintain UL2050 certification Any additional fees for false alarms, erroneous responses, or other administrative fees
