Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Vendor shall provide all services, equipment, and supplies from November 20th at 05:30am to 10:00am and November 21st at 04:00am to 02:30pm. B. Vendor shall provide (300) 28-inch traffic cones to mark the courses and direct runners. C. Vendor shall provide (100) traffic delineators to guide runners along the courses. D. Vendor shall provide (40) H-Pole sign holders to guide runners along the courses. E. Vendor shall provide (25) plasitcades to guide runners along the courses. F. Vendor shall provide (3) truss structures to guide runners along the courses. G. Vendor shall provide (3) crew members to serve on the course management team. H. Vendor shall provide (1) fee for crew members to travel to Little Rock and stay in hotel the evening of November 20th . I. Vendor shall provide (1) fee for the delivery of all equipment and supplies necessary to manage the four different Little Rock Marathon racecourses.
