Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Development Services - Road - Two HMA Overlay Minor Structural projects on US 136 in Fountain County and SR 234 in Parke County Item Work Description The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Roadway Design and Plans, Small Structure/Pipe Hydraulic Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, R/W Staking as needed) and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations if necessary. INDOT will perform the Land Acquisition Services.
