Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provider shall provide statewide counseling services (including individual assessment, short-term counseling, and referral services) to all GLO employees and their eligible household members. Provider must also provide counseling services to former GLO employees who separate from employment with GLO within the contract period, for up to six (6) months after the date of separation. These employees, eligible household members, and eligible former employees are hereinafter referred to as “Clients.” After Provider assesses the Client and further care is indicated, Provider’s counselors shall counsel the Client internally for at least six (6) one-hour visits. Providershall operate in full compliance with the federal and state requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and other applicable laws governing privacy in performance of any contract resulting from this Solicitation. Provider shall also provide training, educational seminars, crisis intervention, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (“CISD”) to the GLO, and the services enumerated below. In its Solicitation Response, Provider must demonstrate the ability to provide all services described in this Solicitation.
