Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Awardee(s) will have the ability to contract with the University to maintain and repair food service equipment in a timely fashion, as defined in this document. The University has the following brands of food service equipment, Rational, Blodgett, Hobart, Montague, Irinox, Anetsberger, Manitowoc, Bizerba, Fetco, Baxter, Pitco, Woodstone, Delfield, Middleby, Marshall, Champion, Turbo Chef, Caddy, LTI, and Adamation. The types of equipment include ovens (convection, combi-style, rack style), fryers, dishwashers, steamers, slicers, warmers, etc. Response times, lead point of contacts, all costs including hourly rates and any other associated costs, mark up on parts, will all be defined in any resulting contract(s)
