Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Human Resource consultants to assist the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) with its growing client base of small businesses on an ad hoc basis. Qualified firms will work with ASBTDC to provide HR and workforce consulting services designed to meet the unique needs of individual small businesses. The objective of this RFP is to offer a qualified supplier(s) the opportunity to demonstrate qualifications, experience, capabilities and capacity to assist ASBTDC.
