Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified contractors to provide construction services to be performed in accordance with the construction documents- project manual specifications and drawings prepared by Terracon Consultants, Inc., dated October 15, 2021. The project consists of construction services for a roof replacement at the Industrial Education Building located at LSC-North Harris. Qualified contractors are invited to submit a response outlining their qualifications and experience to provide services as described in the construction documents per the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal ("CSP"). The successful contractors will provide the services per all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
