Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5. SPECIFICATIONS A. Contractor shall maintain the required licenses to perform Pest and Vermin Control services throughout the duration of this Agreement. Failure to maintain the following required licenses shall result in termination of this Agreement: 1) Structural Pest Control Operator License: The Contractor and agents of the Contractor performing work under the terms of this Agreement must possess and maintain a current State of California Structural Pest Control Operator license. 2) Qualified Applicator License (Category A and Category B): The Contractor and/or at least one of the agents of the Contractor performing work under the terms of this Agreement must possess and maintain a current State of California Qualified Applicator License, (Category A and Category B). 3) Branch 2 License: Contractor shall possess and maintain a Structural Pest Control Board, Branch 2 license
