Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is in need of Vehicle Hoist Maintenance and Repair at CHP San Luis Obispo Area office, 675 California Boulevard, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and repair services at CHP San Luis Obispo Area office as per the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. B. Remove all debris and dispose of offsite. C. Contractor shall contact the On-Site Contact/designee to schedule an appointment for bi-annual/annual maintenance at least one (1) week in advance. D. First service shall be scheduled within 30 days of the contract being executed. The second service should be scheduled six (6) months after the first service. E. Contractor shall check-in and check-out with the CHP On-Site Contact or designee upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided. F. Contractor shall report all issues with the vehicle hoists immediately prior to leaving the facility for approval of repairs. G. All maintenance performed shall be in compliance with the manufacturer’s operating specifications for all vehicle hoist equipment (make and model) for each location and meet all local and State Building Code requirements.
