Twill fiber content must be 65% Polyester/35% Cotton, +/-5% Twill construction must be 2x1. Twill must weigh 7.2oz per square yard. Twill must be 15.5/1 warp x 10.25/1 filling. Twill must have a finished thread count of 86 ends x 45 picks per inch, +-5%. Twill must have a tensile strength of 8 pounds warp x 8 pounds filling. Twill allowable shrinkage shall be up to 2%. Twill dye process must be Vat & Dispersal, no pigment dyes. Must be from same dye lot. Twill width must be 60” to 66” cuttable.
