Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.1 For control of Rats, mice, Roaches, Ants, Pill-bugs, Scorpions, Spiders, Silverfish, Crickets and Termites. 1.1.2 The areas to be treated are: Levels Zero (0) and Two (2) of all buildings to include, but not limited to: Kitchen, Dining areas, Starbucks coffee area, Classrooms, Common areas, Restrooms, Shipping/Receiving area, Library, office areas, Bookstore, Mechanical/Electrical spaces, Welding labs, HVAC labs, Construction labs, Plumbing labs, Electrical labs, Automotive/Collision Repair. Landscape storage, Police office, Office break areas. For monthly service, delete treatment of office and classroom areas, except on an “as needed” basis. 1.1.3 The intent of the specifications is to also provide a fifteen (15’) wide band around the outside perimeter of the buildings on an annual basis, and five (5’) foot wide band around the outside perimeter of the building on a monthly basis. At appropriate times, at least twice a year, and at no additional cost vendor shall treat a twenty (20) foot wide band around the outside perimeter of the paved parking lots to deter cricket infestation. Crickets will be specifically targeted from May to October to eliminate any building infestation. Fire ant colonies shall be treated when within 50’ of any building. 1.1.4 Bait stations for control of Rats and mice must be lockable types in accordance with EPA standards. Bait stations must be checked on a monthly basis and rebaited as needed. An estimated of thirty (30) bait stations at minimum are needed at this campus. This should also include the campus parking garage.
