Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Scooter and Charging Station/Kiosk Deployment and Retrieval 3.1.1 Limitations on E-Scooters and Geofencing shall be directed by University personnel 3.1.2 E-Scooter placement plan will be mutually agreed upon by both parties 3.1.3 The supplier will work with the University for special events on campus 3.1.4 Supplier to present emergency response plan 3.1.5 Supplier shall remain PCI compliant for the entirety of the contract 3.1.6 Supplier and University will mutually agree upon E-Scooter fleet size starting with a pilot program and then ramp to predetermined maximum fleet size. 3.1.7 The supplier will deploy charging stations and or kiosks as identified by both parties at no cost to the university for infrastructure, utilities and repairs. (Kiosks optional for the first year) 3.2 Scooter Service, Maintenance, Support and Repair 3.2.1 Supplier shall replace or otherwise restore E-Scooter fleet, charging stations, and infrastructure. 3.2.2 The supplier will provide all ground operations via direct employees of the employing organization. 3.2.3 Supplier to have an account manager hired locally and available 24/7 for risk mitigation and emergency response. 3.2.4 Supplier to have mandatory background checks for all personnel working on the university campus.
