Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide subject matter expertise to the following: a. DCF and other federal, state, and local emergency response partners in the State’s development and implementation of new and/or ongoing COVID-19 response plans; b. ESD related to emergency planning, risk assessments, and security responses with regards to its’ GA Emergency Housing Program, which utilizes a combination of community-based housing providers to provide housing to eligible households in municipalities across the state; and c. FSD related to emergency planning, risk assessments, and safety/security responses with regards to operations, service planning, and service delivery. 2. Conduct liaison activities between the following: a. DCF and partnering agencies to ensure seamless communications in the development and implementation of new and/or ongoing COVID-19 response plans; b. ESD, municipalities, law enforcement, housing providers, and other partnering entities to ensure seamless communications in the delivery of GA Emergency Housing Program, which may involve high risk and high-profile cases and situations; and c. FSD, community-based service providers, individuals, residential and/or other housing providers, and other partnering entities or state agencies to ensure seamless communications in the assessment for and/or delivery of services.
