Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is in need of Vehicle Hoist Maintenance and Repair at CHP Santa Cruz Area office, 10395 Soquel Drive, Aptos, CA 95003. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services at CHP Santa Cruz Area office as per the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. B. Remove all debris and dispose of offsite. C. Contractor shall contact the On-Site Contact/designee to schedule an appointment for bi-annual/annual maintenance at least one (1) week in advance. D. First service shall be scheduled within thirty (30) days of the contract being executed. The second service should be scheduled six (6) months after the first service. E. Contractor shall check-in and check-out with the CHP On-Site Contact or designee upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided. F. Contractor shall report all issues with the vehicle hoists immediately prior to leaving the facility for approval of repairs.
