Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor must come on site to setup instrument, demonstrate proper operation and supply training for a minimum of one day. 2. If needed vendor will install any bundled software. If a PC is required, the agency’s current computer will be used. Software must be compatible with Windows 10 64-bit and require no board or hardware be installed within the computer. If the controller for instrument is something other than a Windows 10 PC the vendor must supply hardware and software. 3. Specifications for the current agency Windows 10 PC is listed below. If PC software is required, the vendor must determine if the PC specifications listed below meet the recommended specifications for the software that is supplied. 4. If PC software is a requirement that software must also support Windows 11 and data transfer to Office 365. 5. If the specifications for the current agency PC is not adequate vendor must indicate this in the proposal, supply appropriate specifications for its software and the cost of procuring an appropriate PC by the agency will be added to the vendors bid proposal. 6. Instrument should have the ability to retain calibration data for multiple uses, with preference given to those machines that can store multiple calibration curves. 7. Instrument must be a direct mercury analyzer where unprocessed samples of liquid, sediment or biological materials are placed in the instrument for mercury analysis. 8. Instrument must include an auto-sampler where samples to be analyzed are queued and loaded for analysis without intervention. There must be accommodation to add samples to the instrument control software and auto-sampler to extend runtime during a run beyond its capacity.
