Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall exclude the following items: Track Protection Stamped electrical design 12 strand fiber optic cable reel Fiber splicing Contractor to provide Traffic Control Plan, Traffic Control, and obtain any necessary road closure permits as needed. Contractor is expected to coordinate any traffic control issues directly with the owner of the road Routing of the conduit outside of the tunnel needs to remain within 100’ of the center line of the rail in order to remain inside the railroad right of way Contractor to provide final plan for conduit routing and pull box placement for approval by ARRC and Anton Anderson Tunnel Management Contractor is responsible for ensuring all utility locates are completed prior to any digging Contractor will provide project schedule 2 weeks prior to the start of work in order to properly coordinate on-site work with ARRC and tunnel control prior to performing the work ARRC will provide track protection as needed throughout the project
