Motorcycle offered by the vendor must be new; model year 2020 or newer; shall not be used, rebuilt, refurbished and shall not have been used as demonstration vehicles. Motorcycle must meet all Federal and State equipment and safety requirements. All motorcycles shall be equipped with all manufacturer’s standard features. Do not use fleet specifications for manufacturer’s standard features. Motorcycle shall be delivered fully assembled.
