Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Trailer shall have a minimum capacity of 5000 US gallons. 2.2. Trailer shall have tandem axles, and a 5th wheel hitch ready for use with a standard tractor unit. 2.3. Trailer shall have S cam style air brakes; wedge style air brakes will not be accepted. 2.4. Trailer shall be in good mechanical condition, inspected for legal operation on Vermont highways. 2.5. Trailer shall be a 2019 or newer model. 2.6. Tank, Tank Subframe and plumbing shall be constructed of stainless steel, suitable for use with water and/or brine solutions. 2.7. Provide available parts and service manuals. 2.8.
